Domaine Zind Humbrecht Zind Vin de France 2020 50cl Notes of burnt wood andBright pale yellow in colour. The nose has a beautiful aromatics (citrus, wet stone, white fruits ) and has opened up well after bottling. The attack is fluid and it is possible to feel a supple texture, juicy and tasty. The wine is balanced around a contrast between a sensation of liveliness on one side and a wraparound width on the other. The touch of mouth is very saline. The Zind 2017 is unequivocally a great wine of character.
